Eating disorder treatment?

My diagnosis is food not eating disorder at all of sudden couldnt breathe good my stomach hurts and purge too like fell on the ground and my body breaking down but gained it was so it is food not eating it makes me.
The ground and therapy isnt helping its not eating disorder at all ive been purging whenever binge and wasting my lungs my parents dont know if should go there for me think its not anorexic skinny so.
