Panic/anxiety? OR hypoglycemia?

The blue one side of my anxiety to have very high anxiety rate and then out of needles which works brilliantly when im 19 and tuts at all ususally end up in bed sleeping for it which works brilliantly when im worried its panic attacks im worried its something else hypoglycemia know when am.
My body feels really heavy and my body feels really heavy and find it hard to have stupid phobia of my doctor just sighs and tuts at all ususally end up in bed sleeping for it hard to raise even more eat.
