I have panic attacks while driving. I am kind of embarressed to tell people but i would be extremely embarressed if someone saw me. I am getting treatment and am improving but i am just embarressed in general. Has anyone had a similar problem? I am a 25m also so I think i feel more pressure just because i am a male.
