The thoughts is meditate think of something else whether it has helped am currently taking medication called apoclorphime sp it has been really bad for long time and find that trying to control my ocd has helped little used to be daydreaming or just listening to be on prozack before was taken zoloft what do though to take away the thoughts and urges.
