		<description>I agree that madications cannot treat your panic attacks for good, they are only a temporary fix, though very important ones if your attacks are fierce and regular. However, if you want to cure your anxiety disorder orr panic attacks effectively then you have to combine the medications with psychotherapy and preferably with natural remedies as well. There are various types of herbs which have a proven curing effect for anxiety and panic attacks. Also, I recommend that you learn some of the so-called coping techniques such as gradual muscle relaxation and breath control.

		<description>Well, the medicine plays a part in it, but talking to someone about your anxiety or [yes i know this sounds corny] feelings is a great way to help this. When you get your stressful emotions out, you will probably notice that you will have fewer panic attacks and will probably have a good self outlook about yourself. But trust me, its not something that happens overnight. So don't let people tell u that you have serious problems just because maybe it hasn't been fixed overnight, because there is more to it. Just try to also focus on yourself and your needs. Sometimes people that focus a lot on other peoples needs tend to forget their own. Try to concentrate on  your wellness and try to get back on your feet one step at a time.</description>

		<description>Medications are only a temporary fix. I suggest that you ask for a few sessions with your psychiatrist. As far as how long to use your meds. That all depends. I know people who have been on those meds for years. When you have a panic attack, try going outside and even going for a walk. That is very helpful. Music helps too.</description>
