i was diagnosed with bp disorder in 2001. and ive been on all kinds of meds that didnt seem to work.now i am stable,and i finally feel normal. i take seroquel,450mg daily,and zoloft 50 mg daily. i also suffered from panic attacks as well. thats what i take zoloft for. i suggest u get a good dr,and a councelor. learn about your illness,and try to journal too. when u anxiety gets outta control,try going 4 a walk,color in a coloring book,or wathcing a funny movie.
