		<description>1 2 and 3 ....ive had panic disorder since i was like 12 and i have social anxiety as well....you need to talk her into seeing a phyciatrist! it really does help. at first i didnt want to but once i did i realized i do alot of things that stress me out and also there is breathing excercises(i know it sounds stupid but it does help!)</description>
