Medication helps me with mine. I sweated alot and felt very self conscious and embarassed. The embarrisment just caused more embarrisment (terrible vicious circle). I thought I was the only one who suffered this until years had passed. Stopped me being able to work (I went from job to job). Avoid anything too stressful and you should be ok, but we are all different. Mine was eventually diagnosed as ‘nervous disorder’. Unfortunately, later became diagnosed as possible schizophrenia. I blame the mad world we live in. I call it a sane reaction to an insane society. Mental illness is classed as ‘abnormality’. What happens if the majority of the population become mentally ‘abnormal’? That majority would then become the norm. Best of luck to you.
