For me (i’m female) and there was a time when I just started crying..for no reason..I had no idea why..this happened a lot..turns out that I have what most people have..depression. They first put me of Effexor, then after a while of taking it, I felt bad again, so they put me on Lexapro 20 MG and I have been on it for like 3 years…and I’m really doing well on it.

if you’re off your hormone treatment, then that’s probably the reason. also why was your weight relavent to this questioN?

Theres you’re answer! Hormones can mess with your emotions big time! Whether you’re male or female. I dont think its a panic attack, unless you’re feeling intense anxiety. If it bothers you and you’re feeling depressed, its best you see the doctor who is helping you with the hormone treatment and tell them whats going on and take it from there. Dont stress tho, its totally normal ay. Good luck
