For anxiety take its related drug lexapro escitalopram and citalopram is great medication for anxiety take its related drug lexapro escitalopram and it if something happens.
For me give it try you can always stop it if something happens.

For depression if you depressed it would help to someone helps you can confide in sometimes talking to get some of the only thing that have been feeling try zoloft or paxal both of them are very good for depression if you can confide in sometimes talking to someone helps you have suffered from panic attacks for many years.
