   I agree that zoloft and prozac or antidepresants not anxiety meds. I have heard of vistaril but do not know much about it. I too am looking into starting an anxiety medication… i guess ill just ask my doc.

   I take Clonazepam. I dont take it everyday,but when I feel one coming on,I take one and it works quickly and makes the symptoms pass.

   Its also labeled under Klonopin

   The klonopin which also helps with anxiety but it is an antihistamine which also helps with panic attacks.
